We forayed into Latin America in 2010 with the acquisition of two Argentine family-owned companies, the Issue Group and Argencos S.A. Two years later, in 2012, we added Cosmética Nacional, also a Chilean family-owned company, to our portfolio. If there were a common denominator among these companies, it would be the rich history they had in their respective countries, with massively recognised brands and great growth potential in the categories they operate in.
Today, Godrej Latin America is a leading personal care company and our flagship brands like Millefiori, Issue and Ilicit are leaders in their respective categories. Our portfolio of brands also includes other favourites such as Issue, Issue Professional, Roby, Roby Be Prof, Villeneuve, L´Eau Vive, 919, Issue Saloon, Millefiori, Bidex, Adictive, U2, Pamela Grant and Naturals, which are chosen by Latin Americans daily.
